A total of 30 properties sold in October, matching last year’s record high for the month.
The benchmark price inched up 1% year-over-year to $483,000. It was the smallest annual gain dating back to October 2013.
The overall average price saw a slight 0.4% bump from last October to $501,100, while the median fell -2.2% to $487,500.
Inventory levels remained elevated compared to previous years. There were 144 homes on the market at the end of the month, a 28.6% hike from a year ago and the second highest October level on record.
