  1. I am wondering about new inner city community Currie Barracks. Do you have much knowledge about it? Currently there are several luxury houses for sale, but it seems the activity is low. Is it because this is a new development and people are scared of uncertainty? Or price not right? Or realtors are not interested in bringing their clients to the community? Or home buyers are not sure what the community will look alike in the future? Or the luxury homebuyers do not like mixed luxury/condo/apartment style? Any of your input would be greatly appreciated.

At first glance, sales are low because there isn’t much inventory on MLS® to begin with. The highest the month-end inventory has ever been is 8 and not all were above $1M. I’ve attached the stats summary for the last few years here.
