There’s an interesting mix of market forces at play in Chestermere: more people bought and more owners listed than any previous November.
A total of 29 homes sold during November, a 38% increase year-over-year and the most ever for the month.
Despite this boost in sales, inventory was up 45% from November 2012 as the number of new listings continued to increase. Forty homes were listed during the month, nearly double last year’s amount, and a record high for November.
Year-to-date, overall Chestermere sales are up 29.8% y/y with average prices up 4.64% and the median up 5.75%.
