This marks the 10th straight month there has been a new monthly peak. January alone did not register a record month this year. May 2013 still holds the all-time record with 83 homes selling for a $1M or more.
Year-to-date there are 689 high-end sales compared to 505 during the same period last year – a 36.4% increase. Luxury condo sales have more than doubled year-over-year.
The most expensive sale was a $2.7M home in Bayview. (For photos of all the luxury homes sold this month, click here)
