Calgary home sales through 3 weeks are up 21% from the same period a year ago and on track for the best November since 2006.
High demand coupled with low inventory levels have pushed the average price up 7% and the median up 10% year-over-year.
Luxury home sales picked up again after a slower second week. Thirteen more properties sold for $1M or more bringing the month-to-date total to 38. Luxury sales this month have now surpassed the month-end total of every November except for 2009 & 2012.

Note: CREB is reporting 836 SFH sales MTD while I’m seeing only 835. I’ve asked CREB to look into this slight discrepancy.
