BloomCommunities in Bloom Competition

This year, the Town will be participating in the national Communities in Bloom Program and all residents in Chestermere are invited to help bring out all the beauty the community has to offer.

The Communities in Bloom Program is a national nonprofit organization that focuses on enhancing green spaces through community participation and a national competition. Each year, participating communities clean up streets and boulevards, plant trees, landscape, create floral displays and host events to encourage community pride and beautification. Later in the summer communities are judged and awarded a number of ‘blooms’ based on their work.
