Aspen Woods Home Sells For $10,350,000 – A Calgary MLS® Record

It took a year and a half but the opulent home in Aspen Ridge finally sold today for $10,350,000 setting an all-time record for most expensive home sold in Calgary on MLS®.

The French Country home was built by Pacer Signature Homes and took a year to design and another 19 months to build, says Richard Pelletier, president of Pacer Signature Homes.  (Read Calgary Herald article from July 2011: ‘French castle’ in city selling for $12 million)

The home was originally listed back on July 18, 2011 for an asking price of $12,000,000.

With this sale, Mike Vernon’s old home in Elbow Park is bumped to #2 on the all-time most expensive list.   Mr. Vernon’s home sold for $10,300,000 back in 2009.
