Month-to-date, 5 homes have sold for $1M or more compared to 8 during the same period last year.
Listings continue to be in short supply in relation to last year with new listings down -9.63%.
Condominium sales are up slightly y/y with 91 units having been sold. Unlike the single family segment, both average and median prices are showing increases in the first week of November. The average price is up 7% to $294,962, while the median is up 18.8% to $287,412.
New listings are nearly identical to last November with only 2 fewer listed so far MTD.
