  • Sales were up 9.37% to 1,132 (1,035)
  • Average price increased 0.47% to $468,360 ($466,192)
  • Median price up 3% to $412,250 ($400,000)
  • Active listings were down -25.21% to 3,486 (4,661)
  • New listings were down -18.02% to 1,888 (2,303)
  • Days on market: 42 (48)
  • Inventory Absorption Rate: 3.1

Condominium – Apartments

  • Sales were up 16.95% to 276 (236)
  • Average price was up 4.01% to $286,226 ($275,203)
  • Median price was up 6.2%  to $250,611 ($236,000)
  • Active Listings were down -13.78% to 1,064 (1,234)
  • New listings were down -8.50% to 495 (541)
  • Days on market: 54 (58)
  • Inventory Absorption Rate: 3.9

Condominiums – Townhomes

  • Sales were up 10% to 209 (190)
  • Average price was up 0.14% to $329,558 ($329,089)
  • Median price up 3% to $289,500 ($281,000)
  • Active Listings were down -27.70% to 548 (758)
  • New listings were down -17.04% to 297 (358)
  • Days on market: 50 (53)
  • Inventory Absorption Rate: 2.6
