Calgary single family home sales are up 12.28% year-over-year. A total of 1,042 transactions have taken place during the first 3 weeks compared to 928 last March and is on pace for the strongest showing since 2007.
The average price has increased +3.11% to $465,636 while the median is up +4.1% to $408,000.
Condo sales edged -2.5% lower with 397 units selling compared to 407 the previous year. The average selling price was $289,839 while the median was $268,950. Year-over-year, that’s an increase of +3.5% and +6.6% respectively.
