New Housing Price Index (NHPI): January 2012

The New Housing Price Index (NHPI) rose 0.1% in January, following a similar increase in December according to Statistics Canada.  Year over year, the NHPI was up 2.4%, following a 2.5% increase the previous month.

In Calgary, prices were up +0.3% between December and January.   Year-over-year the index was down -o.1%

    Can you please put on you website monthly statistic (Av,Med, price etc.) about Okotoks and Cohrane,the same as you did with Airdrie and Chestemere?

    I don’t work the Okotoks and Cochrane areas, but CREB does report on their average/median prices. Click here for February’s stats
