52 Single Family Homes (SFH) sold in metro-Calgary on September 29, 2008.  31 of them had no previous MLS sales recorded.  Below are the remaining 21 properties with their sale prices and locations.

Please let me know if you find this information informative, or would like some other details for you to better understand the current marketplace in Calgary.   I’ve started to include the neighborhood, as well as the list price when it went C/S.  Alright, here goes:

  2. very informative. I see a certain trend that nothign sold at list price.

    Still some very very nice gains on most of them.

    In terms of otehr stats for the local market: Got a crystal ball?

  3. Sorry, no crystal ball. But it seems clear with the worldwide economic uncertainty, higher levels of Calgary inventory & tightening lending standards that prices will continue to slowly fall, or sales volumes will drop (or both) How much more before prices stabilize is uncertain. Be wary of any “experts” prediction, as all it is is an educated guess. (Ironically, the above is just my “educated guess” as well)
