Buyers braved the cold and single family home sales gained ground on 2011′s levels this week and ended with a month-to-date total of 463, down -0.6% y/y. The average sales between 2002-2011 for the first 3 weeks of January was 605.
Condo sales are ahead of last year’s pace by +11% for a total of 185 sales. However, this too is behind the historical average of 229.7 transactions.












There are currently 13 pending sales being reported that have a list price of $1M or more. The highest pending sale is a Prominence Hill home for $3,975,000. Look for the average price to rise before month’s end.
