Single family home sales in December numbered 722, 1.5% less than what sold last December. This is the first y/y decline in sales since April 2011. The average price was $453,629 while the median was $393,750 which was an increase of +2.8% and +1.2% respectively y/y.
Condo sales were also down slightly from last December with 310 units changing hands. Prices also edged lower with the average price ending at $280,155 while the median settled at $257,875, both down -1% from December 2010.
