   Hi, just wondering if there is an error in the start-date for this graph – were pending sales as low as $250k in March this year? I suspect the year is wrong for the March 1 date, but please advise. Labels on the x-axis would be handy. thanks.

   Hello JB,

   The graph is just showing the amount of properties that are pending each day, not their price levels.
