Mike Fotiou of First Place Realty says:  52 Single Family Homes (SFH) sold in metro-Calgary on September 29, 2008.  31 of them had no previous MLS sales recorded.  Below are the remaining 21 properties with their sale prices and locations.

When a specific home is resold, months or years later, the new sale price is matched to the home’s first sale price. The indices are designed to be a reliable and consistent benchmark of housing prices in the United States. Their purpose is to measure the average change in single-family home prices in a particular geographic market.  (SOURCE)

Unfortunately, such an index does not exist here in Canada.
